Speech & Language Therapy

Committed to Supporting the Whole Family
Speech Language Pathology (SLP) helps children reach new possibilities with daily communication and social interactions.

A child’s ability to communicate is a foundation for learning.  Children learn language by exploring their environment and interacting with others.  When a delay or difficulty with communication occurs it can lead to behavioral problems, social difficulties and decreased self esteem and confidence.

The goal of SLP at Kuhl Therapies is to collaborate with the family to create an individualized communication plan.  We also seek to have each child reach their full potential through a playful and joyful approach. We promote each child’s strengths and enhance their confidence while improving language and communication skills in a positive non-judgemental manner.
“Making effective communication a human right, accessible and achievable for all.”
— American Speech and Hearing Association
